Turmeric Latte
Turmeric is a yellow spice powder popular in Indian cooking. It is also used in traditional medicine due to its strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Since I was a child, I remember my Mum making turmeric milk for us whenever we had cold and flu symptoms. Aside from its medicinal benefits, it is a very warm and soothing drink, especially in the cold weather.
Whether you are battling flu symptoms, want to enjoy a comforting drink, or need a change from your everyday beverage, try this simple recipe and let me know how you like it.
